If you are completing this form it is because you plan on attending Jump for a Cause November 12th and providing services for a fee. As a vendor the city of Abilene requires a $30 permit and can be completed by reaching Terri Auger at Environmental Health (325) 271-8452. As a pay to play vendor you will be required to provide your own equipment including how to take payments from customers.
