Waiver

I, _________________________________________________[full name],  acknowledge that I and my child(ren) have come as guests to enjoy the premises of Jump for a Cause sponsored by Jumps and Tents for Events at the Festival Gardens in the City of Abilene, TX. I am aware that activities (such as jumping, climbing, and sliding) can be hazardous if not supervised. I acknowledge that riding a mechanical bull, rocket ride, Rockwall, Laser Tag, Gelly Ball, Axe Throwing,  entails risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or injury or damage to me, to property, or to third parties. I understand that the risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The risks could result in musculoskeletal injuries, including head, neck, and back injuries.I acknowledge that I have read and will adhere to the attached list of cautions and further agree to abide by any rules or regulations and to follow any guidelines or instructions that the owners of the Premises may provide orally or in writing. I hereby assume all risks of injury and damage to persons or property. I further release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of the premises, and any other members (“Owners”), from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, expense, or compensation or whatever nature in connection with any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses, or compensation or whatever nature in connection with any loss, damage, or injuries to persons or property caused or sustained by me and my child(ren).
